At Japan Properties, we are striving to create an environment where staff can work without being bound by the traditional labor system. In order to improve ventilation inside the company, there are only three levels of organization: company president, department, and staff. The policy is to leave working hours as reasonable as possible at the discretion of each individual. Salary and incentive schemes are designed not to fuel meritocracy or individualism but to encourage fair distribution and help. We aim to create an environment where everybody can work in a stable state of mind and body.

Salary and incentive system
・ Business Division
-Fixed salary (monthly): 500,000 yen for departments, 300,000 yen for staff (with residential building), 250,000 yen for staff (without residential building)
-Incentive: 10% of personal gross profit to individual, 10% of department profit to department, 10% of company profit to company
・ JP headquarters
-Fixed salary: Annual salary system according to role (reviewed at the end of the fiscal year)
-Incentive: 1 month fixed salary every six months + 10% of company profit
